Ordering

boxdecor.fi-online store products are sold by CGA consulting business with ID 2754315-2 Box Decor sells products to adult individuals. The products are ordered in our online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the Shopping Cart through the payment service Paytrail. After you submit your order, you will receive an automatic order confirmation in your email. Save the order confirmation you received via email so you can review the contents of your order. Please contact us for order confirmation if you contact our customer service.

Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and postage. The customer agrees to the delivery and return conditions valid in connection with each order.

Refund Policy

The customer has 14 days right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. The right to return only applies to unused and salable products in the original packaging. For more information, check our refund policy..

Payment

All payment methods for Box Decor are processed through Paytrail Oyj. Through Paytrail, you can choose an invoice, card payment or direct payment. Delivery Methods

The most common delivery time for our products is about 1-3 working days. We deliver orders via Posti. Products will be sent in a letter or package. Deliveries are only delivered within Finland and to Åland.

Box Decor is not responsible for damaged or lost mail in the mail. Box Decor is not responsible for any obstruction, difficulty or delay in delivery or due to an outside event. The shipment must be paid before the delivery.

Shipping Costs

Delivery costs are determined according to the selected delivery option. You can see the delivery costs in the shopping cart or on the payment page. Free shipping on all orders over 100 euros. We do not have a minimum order value in our online store — all orders are welcome.

Prices include VAT but do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Box decor reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price stated in the online store during the ordering process is valid for the entire order. Box Decor reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of a clear price error, whatever the cause of the error (eg programming error, typing error, etc.) A clear price error in the online store means in this case, the customer is deemed to understand that the price information is incorrect.

Force Majeure

Box Decor is not responsible for any delays caused by circumstances beyond Box Decor's control. These include general industrial action, hostilities, fires, lightning, terrorist attacks, changes in official regulations, technical problems, failures in power / telecommunications / computer communications or other communications, and failures and delays in the provision of services by subcontractors due to the above circumstances.
